Shipping policy

  • Our shipping service is only available in Spain andEU (European Union). For no reason are shipments made to other countries.
  • The standard shipping price to all of Spain is 9,90 €as long as it does not exceed 1 kilograms.
  • All purchase orders placed through the website will be delivered by parcel and courier companies other than Uniqho (Esra Hakan).
  • The delivery of the product will be made at the address indicated by the user in the account portal or at a different address provided by the user, which must be done at the time of confirming the order.
  • The delivery time will be 3 to 7 business days, counted from the time the full amount of the purchase has been received.
  • In the event that the package does not reach the requested location, the package will be deposited at the nearest parcel branch.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. They will leave until the next day.
  • In the event that no one is found to receive the package at the address provided on the first or second visit, the package will be deposited at the nearest branch and will be left there for three business days, in case it is not claimed, will be returned to the warehouse Uniqho (Esra Hakan) and the customer shall pay the cost of the return.
  • Deliveries of products will be made only on business days and could be delayed in some cases up to 10 business days.

  • All products will be packed at no extra cost.
